基于80C196的多功能铁轨检测装置的研制

摘要铁路参数测量一般都要涉及到人为、环境、参数分散性等因素。本文研制了一种基于
单片机80C196的高精度多功能装置，合理使用了A／D转换器的有限分辨宰，保证输出在足够的
精度。轨道动态测量系统采用运动测量方式，由电气测量系统与运莉部件(机架和轮子)组成并组装
成一体。并以手动推行方式控制利量仪的行进速度和运动过程剥量工作，手动推行作用点放在整机
的重心位置。小车该测量装置具有LCD显示，键盘操作，现场打印，U盘保存，声音报警。在软
硬件设计上，考虑了装置运行中不同现场参数的影响分别采取了多重模拟滤波和数字滤渡的方法．
同时，该系统具有调试方便、使用灵活等特点，已经研发成功并运行良好。
