摘 要：提出了基于MIPS架构的Aul200CPU上直接从NANDFlash启动系统的方案。介绍了NAND
Flash启动原理设计
储器与NORFlash的区别，分析了已有的系统从NANDFlash启动系统的一般模式，根据NAND
了三级启动加载方案，并且详细阐述了每一级的功能及在NANDFlash中的位置，最后给出了硬件电路图和关键启
动代码。成功地在所在硬件平台上得以实现。
