基于CAN总线的零件检测系统

摘要：介绍了一种基于CAN总线的零件尺寸检测及质量控制系统，着重分析了CAN总线网络的构成以
及质量检测数据的采集和处理方法。该系统基于分布式CAN总线网络，由节点采集数据，通过总线将数据
上传给PC机，在PC机中进行数据跟踪、数据存储，并自动生成统计过程控制(SPC)分析。运行实践证明：该
系统能够实现远距离零件质量数据的实时测量和统计分析，工作稳定可靠，提高了工厂的检测效率。
