，，摘要：基于电网分区域计算原则，建立了省地协调的自动电压控制系统优化控制策略，并通过多线
程方式实现各分区并行运算；采用辅助问题原理并按照电力系统的实际地理分布，在某些联络线处将
整个电网分解为多个相对独立的子网络，相邻子网络问通过边界节点产生的约束条件进行协调，形成
一个迭代形式的优化计算框架；每次迭代中通过不断交换边界节点信息，将互联外网信息反映到各分
区的计算中，从而将地区电网省地协调优化问题转化为多个规模相对较小的子系统并行协调优化问题，
降低了问题的求解难度。将所提出的并行优化策略应用于实际的地区电网AVC系统，运行结果表明：
该算法可以降低系统网损，提高电网的经济效益，有利于提高电力系统的安全经济性，具有较强的实用性。
