基于电信网络的交互式电视系统

摘 要：IPTV （Internet Procotal Television ）业务作为三网融合的重要切入点，已取得了很大的进
展。与此同时，新兴的互联网电视OTT-TV （Over The Top Television ），虽然产生时间较晚，但正在
快速发展。文章根据目前IPTV业务的现状，着眼于发展OTT-TV ，提出了一种在公网上开展OTT-TV
的切实可行的方案。该方案使用苹果公司的HLS 协议在公网上开展OTT-TV服务，在iOS平台上开发
了软终端的原型系统，并设计开发了AirPlay特色功能，通过云端实现了视频播放的多屏切换功能，
理论和实验证明了该方案具有很强的实用性。

IPTV System Based on Cloud Computing

Abstract: IPTV has made great progress as an important starting point of three networks convergence. At
the same tine, the emerging internet TV is young and lifeful with a rapid developing speed. Based on the
business status of IPTV, a feasible scheme for operating OTT-TV business on public network is proposed in
this article. By using HTS protocol of Apple Inc., a prototype system for soft terminal has been developed
based on iOS platform and OTT-TV service on public network was provided,the AirPlay was developed and
video multi-screen switch was also achieved by cloud computing. The scheme has been verified theoretically
and experimentally.
