计及储能设备运行策略的风／柴／储混合系统可靠性评估

摘要：风／柴／储混合系统中，储能设备是关键装置之一，直接关系到系统的可靠运行，但受运行策略乖运行特性的影响。针
对储能设备这一特点，计及储能设备运行策略和运行特性，建立储能设备的充放电模型；并计及储能设备充放电循环次数、
容量和功率成本等，建立储能设备的成本效益模型。通过对风／柴／储混合系统进行可靠性评估，比较不同的运行策略对系统
可靠性和储能设备经济性的影响。算侧结果表明，储能设备运行策略对系统可靠性和储能设备的成本效益有较大影响。
