Steve is director of the Fundraising Academy for Communities of Color, and has directed other key capacity building initiatives for CompassPoint. He has previously led and managed nonprofit organizations as an Executive Director of the Asian Pacific Islander Wellness Center in San Francisco, and as Development Director of CompassPoint. Steve recently served as Board Chair of the Grassroots Institute for Fundraising Training (GIFT).
