摘要：针对内蒙古电力公司原有的设备资产管理模式存在的问题，基于ERP系统构建设
备资产联动管理模型，采用设备资产联动管理模式，提出以信息联动更新为标准，以账、卡、物
一致管理为指导，对所有种类设备进行结构化管理。通过对设备台账、履历、检修、信息统计
等管理模式及业务流程的设计，使基于职能的“分段式”管理向流程驱动转变，规范设备与资
产的对应关系，改善账、卡、物不一致现象，大幅提高设备资产对应率，实现设备资产联动。
