基于无线网络的嵌入式阀门远程控制器设计

摘 要：针对危化品输送管道阀门控制器工作的高可靠性及无线远程控制的特殊要求，将嵌入式技术与无线网络通
信技术相结合，设计了具有无线网络功能的嵌入式阀门远程控制器。通过设计控制信号双路冗余输出、输出信号反
馈，实现了阀门控制器输出故障自诊断功能；结合心跳包机制，设计了网络故障处理程序，实现了网络故障自诊断和自
愈功能。现场测试结果表明，设计的阀门远程控制器输出信号准确、控制可靠、通信稳定、能够有效实现设计功能。
