双尺度低NO工燃烧器技术应用分析

摘要：分析了煤粉燃烧过程、NQ生成及控制方法、双尺度燃烧的技术原理，介绍了深圳妈湾电力有限公司1
号锅炉燃烧器改造方案，以及为实现低Nq燃烧改造采取的各项措施。通过改造后的性能试验研究煤质、氧
量、负荷、燃烧器摆角、磨煤机组合和配风等不同工况下的Nq排放特性，在此基础上进行燃烧优化调整后，
Nq排放质量浓度(标准状态)在燃用大友煤时降至250
mg／m3，在燃用神华煤时低至181mg／m3，改造后锅炉
性能没有下降，并且取得了较好的经济环保效益。
