水热法制备稀土掺杂Mn．Zn铁氧体的研究现状

摘要：综述了水热法制备Mn-Zn铁氧体的研究现状，对制备出与初始化学计量一致、颗粒细小、尺寸分
布窄且结晶程度好，没有杂相的纳米颗粒的关键合成条件进行了讨论。并针对目前的稀土掺杂Mn．Zn铁氯体微
粉的研究现状，提出需要深入研究的几个方向。
关键词：Mn-Zn铁氧体；水热法；稀土掺杂；研究现状
