[Abstract] objective To investigate the effect of diversities of calcium concentration on C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Sixty three maintenance hemodialysis patients. were divided into two groups(A group n=31 and B group n=32). The blood plasm calcium concentrations of A group were in normal range, and the blood plasm calcium concentrations of B group were lower than normal range,thirteen healthy volunteers were included in C group.Hepatic function,renal function,blood-fat, blood plasm calcium concentration, biochemical parameters,iPTH, CRP ,IL-6and IL-10 were measured and analyzed.Results The Blood plasm corrected calcium concentrations in A,B,and C groups were respectively （9.26±0.34）mg/dl,( 8.36±0.31)mg/dl,(9.57±0.55)mg/dl;Levels of CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 in A groups were respectively （1.75±0.29）ug/ml，(396.13±93.28)ng/ml,（246.22±50.46）pg/ml;（2.24±0.31）ug/ml,(458.36±106.71)ng/ml,（205.41±63.85）pg/ml in B groups and（1.28±0.18）ug/ml,(216.53±93.52)ng/ml,（89.67±44.24）pg/ml in C groups. Levels of CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 in A groups were compared with B groups,the differences were significant.Conclusions Upgrade of levels of blood plasm CRP and IL-6 and decrease of blood plasm IL-10,with the descent of blood plasm calcium concentration in maintenance hemodialysis patients,aggravate the microinflammation state in maintenance hemodialysis pat
