METHOD T he adverse effect of quinalones used sinylely o r in combinatio n w as co llected and analyzed. RE ULT Serio us cent ral ner ve system side- effects, photo tox icity , hepato tox icity hemolytic anemia, ur emia and so on co uld be found in few cases. Some quino lo nes could result in Q-T inter val elong ation inducing the sever e ventricular dysry thmia. T he serum gluco se also could be affected w hen quinolones wer e used to gether w ith the medications fo r diabetes. CONCLU ION T he key points fo r quinolones usag e a re rational use and paying at tention to their safet y.
