Peradventure, the land known or doubted has been polluted”. The investigation of Brownfield issue could meliorate threatens to the health of public caused by contaminations. Contemporarily, there will be the tremendous commercial and economic benefit in the process of Brownfield developing. This dissertation takes the present situation of Brownfield in our country as the background, and is based on the design and development of On-line questionnaire survey system. The main content consists of four parts. The first part introduces the Brownfield issue、the research background and method , resorting of the derivation of Brownfield issue、the proceeds from developing of Brownfield and the research results of Brownfield developing . The second part focus on the design of Brownfield questionnaire, resorting of research in the present situation of our country’s Brownfield、the analysis of conflicts caused in the process of Brownfield developing and the evaluation of On-line questionnaire survey . The third part expounds the design and implement of On-line questionnaire survey system, resorting of the introduction of technique and developing flow. In the below section , there introduces the MVC design model、design of JDBC database、JSP technique and Object Oriented Program Design . In the above section , there expounds the whole flow including Demand Analysis、Instance Analysis、design of E-R chart and database .
