With the rapid development of Chinas national economy and peoples living standard is increasing day by day, the construction of high-speed railway in our country will be in full swing, this requires that we not only in high speed railway construction financing, technology research to overcome various difficulties, and at the same time in high speed railway management mode and management level, and so on is faced with enormous challenges. Selecting the best management mode will be the key to the future high-speed railway construction and operation success, and it will be of great practical significance to strengthen the operation and management of Chinas high-speed railway.
The two management modes of high-speed railway operation
Due to historical reasons, Chinas railway system is affected by planned economy system, over the years has maintained a high concentration of the enterprises, management system, the system can not meet our country to build up the needs of the socialist market economy, and with the trend of the market-oriented reform of railway transportation, more cant be in the future in our country play a positive role in the operation management of high-speed railway.
