智能电能表的概念、标准化和检测方法初探木

摘要：智能电能表在国内外得到了大力的推广和应用，目前关于智能电能表国际上尚没有一个统一的定义，各
国关于智能电能表的标准或技术文件也不尽相同，这在一定程度上限制了智能电能表在全球的进～步推广和
发展。本文对智能电能表的基本概念、标准化以及检测方法进行初步探讨，介绍目前国际上关于智能电能表的
几种定义、以及关于智能电能表标准化工作的主要进展和趋势，最后介绍在智能电能表检测过程中应注意和重
点关注的几个方面的内容。
