It is urgent to solve the problems in the domestic nursing management by exploring the ways of Nursing Scheduling and seeking the ways to help promote the psychosomatic health of nurses and improve the quality of nursing work in [1]. 1 、 nursing workload measurement The Canadian Nurses Association, the ideal measurement tool should be an effective and reliable model or system, can make accurate measurement of nursing workload in [2] taking into account various factors influencing the nursing workload and nursing quality under the computer should be standardized and [3]. A series of measurement methods have been developed abroad.
