球墨铸铁工业生产六十年的飞速发展 祝稀土在铸铁中应用六十年 盛 达 （清华大学北京 100084 ） 摘 要：1948 年英国人H.Morrogh 宣布，用铈制成了球墨铸铁,并成功的实现工业化生产。开 辟了稀土在铸铁中应用的新纪元,也是铸铁发展史上的一个新的里程碑。六十年年来球铁发 展显著，主要体现在五个方面：1 铁产量成百倍的增加；2 化理论日益完善，球化剂不 断丰富；3 处理工艺逐渐完善；4 热处理技术控制铸铁基体保证获得高韧性和高强度球铁；5 应用范围空前扩大。球铁已成为国民经济建设与发展中不可缺少的材料，现在虽然面临各种 新材料挑战，但仍有广阔的发展前景。 关键词：稀土、 铁工业生产、球化剂、性能、 处理工艺 The quick development of production for ductile iron in 60 years --celebrate 60 years for application of rare earths in cast iron Sheng Da Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084 Abstract 1948 Englishman H.Morrogh declared that ductile iron produced with Ce has been got successfully. This is new beginning of a new era of application of rare earths in cast iron and a new milestone in developed history of cast iron. Then ductile iron was produced with industrial scale. There are a lot of remarkable developments in sixty years as following: 1 Production of ductile iron has increased over 100 times. 2 The spheroidising theory for graphite in cast iron has been perfected day by day and the types of speroidisers are very plentiful, which can meet necessary for production of ductile iron 3 The treated procedure for ductile iron has been improved more and more, 4 Ductile irons with high strength and high elongation can be got by heat treatment, 5 The fields of application of ductile iron are expansion at unprecedented rate. Although there are a lot of competition from different new material, but the ductile iron still has very wide developing prospect.
