论国有企业激励机制的建设(On the construction of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises)
Based on the analysis of the three main problems of the current incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises, discusses from four aspects how to establish scientific incentive mechanism in state-owned enterprises, concluded that the incentive mechanism must follow three basic principles: incentives to increase, the situation should be appropriate, the incentive to be fair.

Any society or organization needs motivation, either consciously or unconsciously by means of incentives. Under the planned economy, low efficiency of enterprises is not the incentive mechanism, the incentive mechanism is not perfect, but the means of incentive is not appropriate. With the continuous development of market economy, how to establish a scientific incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises, to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff, improve the staffs working enthusiasm, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, is an important topic in front of each of the managers of state owned enterprises.
There are 1 current problems of incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises
State-owned enterprises in our country, the current incentive ways and means is single, mainly depends on the following three types: the first is material reward. Refers to the fixed salary (or salary), bonuses, welfare etc.. Some of the listed state-owned enterprises including stock and stock option compensation two. The second is the promotion of the position. The use of administrative position changes, management incentive. The third is the spirit of incentive. Awarded the honors, awards advanced.
