浅议房屋建筑施工合同管理摘要：随着经济的迅速发展以及科学技术水平的不断提高，我国的建筑业取得了不小的进步，在一定程度上促进了经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高。而在建筑的施工前，需要签署相关的建筑合同，对建筑合同的管理十分重要。我们研究的课题是：浅谈房屋建筑施工合同管理。建筑施工合同是开展建筑工程建设的前提，它对建筑工程建设发包以及承包双方的权利以及义务进行了明确规定。因此，建筑施工合同可以在很大程度上对建设工程的质量、进度以及效益造成影响。而目前状况下，很多单位或个人缺乏合同意识以及知识淡薄，在进行合同的签订时，往往会出现格式不规范或者内容不完整的情况，在合同出现争议时又不对其进行及时而有效的解决 ，这就在一定程度上造成了工程质量以及工程款拖欠方面的问题。因此，对建筑施工合同的管理十分重要。本文就如何加强房屋建筑施工合同的管理进行研究与分析。 关键词：建筑施工；合同管理 Abstract: with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of science and technology, the BLDG.
