Japanese enterprise education has the characteristics of double meanings, including the idea of returning education and self inspiration training. Japanese enterprise education in the concept of lifelong learning, the goal of both from the implementation of enterprise production and management organization significance to pay attention to employee occupation career development and personal meaning; the content of the space from the simple job skills training to run through the ability to develop lifelong; the implementation of the subject from the enterprise leading to employee self education responsibility. The concept of lifelong education and lifelong learning has attracted increasing attention since the proposal of the United Nations Educational, scientific and Cultural Organization published in 1965 (P.Lengrand). Japan is one of the countries in Asia that has earlier exposure to lifelong education and lifelong learning. Between 70s and 80s, Japan introduced a series of policies on lifelong education. In mid 80s, Japanese rinjikyoikushingikai proposed four camera advisory report, which lifelong learning to replace lifelong education usage, then will over to a lifelong learning system, the construction of lifelong learning society as the basic goal of education reform. Since 90s, Japan has gradually improved the lifelong learning system and formed a national lifelong learning model. [1] As an important tool for post-war economic recovery, Japanese intra enterprise education supports and consolidates the unique internal labor market of Japanese enterprises, and becomes a major feature of Japanese vocational education.
