First, the meaning of recruitment
(a) the concept of recruitment
Recruitment refers to the strategic planning of the enterprises overall development under the guidance of planning positions accordingly, and decide how to find suitable personnel to fill the vacancies in the process, its essence is to let potential qualified personnel related positions of the enterprise interest, and to apply for these positions.
Recruitment is organized according to their own development needs, in accordance with the rules of the market and the organization of human resources planning requirements, through various feasible means and media, to the public recruitment information, the whole process according to certain standard to recruit, hire the organization of human resources. As an important part of human resources management, staff recruitment channels, including planning, organization and implementation of many aspects.
