Many companies agree with the idea that in the current business environment, companies need to operate efficiently to transform into a knowledge-based organization. But few companies really understand the meaning of knowledge organizations, and it is unclear what specific reform measures need to be taken into a knowledge-based organization. The most common misconception is that the more knowledge a company has in its products or services, the more a business is a knowledge organization. For example, a product is completely consist of knowledge research consultancy, it belongs to the advanced knowledge organization, and those manufacturing and selling simple products, such as cement, it belongs to the low level of knowledge organization. This is a risk that, in the era of industrialization development of the industry will think they can not change after the reform for knowledge organization, and the information age development of the industry will be pleased with oneself that their mode of operation does not require any change, it is a knowledge intensive organization.
