I. General Situation of the project
Changshou Yangtze River Bridge is one of the key control project of Chongqing Huaihua railway, located in Changshou District of Chongqing City, the bridge span is 2 * 24m+3 * 32m + beam (144+2 * 192+144) m bearing type continuous steel truss beam +2 * 32m beam, bridge length 898.36m. The whole pier platform is designed according to a double track, the upper part is designed according to the recent single line (I line) and the long-term double track. The main bridge is a through type continuous steel truss girder, which is the longest span double track railway continuous steel truss girder in China at present. The main bridge pier is round end shaped hollow pier, and the large diameter bored pile foundation with 3M is used. The construction water depth is 32m, and the double wall steel box cofferdam is adopted. The cost of the bridge is 256 million yuan.
The bridge in September 2001 May 16, 2003 started the main project, steel truss girder erection, laying girder by September 2003. Static and dynamic test was carried out in August 2005. The static and dynamic test results of the whole bridge show that the train runs smoothly and safely on the bridge structure, and all the indexes meet the requirements.
The construction of Chongqing Huaihua railway is a great role to promote exchanges and cooperation with the developed coastal provinces and cities along the city to speed up the economic development, the region. The construction of the bridge links the traffic on both sides of the Yangtze River, which promotes the development of local economy and has good social benefits as well.
