The Luanyang leisure vacation garden in Chengde city was designed in this paper about the planning objectives, the planning idea, the general planning, the project planning, and the environment landscape planning, etc.. Based on leisure agriculture, aiming at constructing a garden city, the program was going to build a sustainable leisure vacation garden where can be in orderly management, can travel safely, can gather many visitors, can increase economic benefits steady. Moreover, the aim of the plan was to provide theoretical basis for developing leisure agriculture gardens and city planning in the future.
