Its presence form is dummy and running form is network, and it is the combination of the network information technology and the modern finance. But take a wide view of the development condition of our country’s network economy, distempered basic establishment, half-baked law criterion , lacking career man etc, which are the limitations to the healthy and fast development of our country’s network economy at a certain degree.
