- 2714 · · 社 区卫 生 T。．作 研 究 · 海 口市社区白内障患病情况及其与高血压、高脂血症和 高血糖的相关性分析 詹玉娟 【摘要】 目的 探讨社区白内障的流行特征及其与高血压、高脂血症、高血糖的相关性 ，为白内障的防治提供 科学依据。方法 选择海 口市某社区1009名50岁以上中老年人在进行健康体检的同时进行白内障筛查，将筛查出的 白内障患者资料进行统计分析。结果 1009名中老年人 中白内障患者358例，患病率为35．48％，其中白内障致盲28 例，白内障致盲率为7．82％；白内障致低视力158例，白内障致低视力率为44．13％。不同年龄的中老年人白内障患 病率比较，差异有统计学意义 (P0．01)；不同血压状态的中老年人白内障患病率比较，差异有统计学意义 (P 0．01)；不同血脂水平的中老年人白内障的患病率比较，差异无统计学意义 (P0．05)；不同血糖水平的中老年人白 内障患病率比较，差异有统计学意义 (P0．0I)。结论 白内障是中老年人常见的致盲眼病，防治白内障的工作不应 孤立于防治该病本身，应将其与高血压、糖尿病的防治有机结合起来。 【关键词】 白内障；高血压；高脂血症；高血糖症 【中图分类号】R776．1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007—9572(2010)08—2714—03 CorrelationofCataractPrevalencewithHypertension．HyperlipidemiaandHyperglycemiainaCommunityofHalkou ZHAN Yu一 mn．HaikouPeoplesHospitalHaigangBranch，Haikou570311，China A【bstract] Objective Toexploretheprevalencefeaturesofcataractsanditsrelationshiptohypertension，hypedipi— demiaandhyperglycemiainacommunityinhaikou，toofferscientificbasisforpreventionandtreatmentofcataract．Methods A totalof1，009middle—andold—agedpeople(over50yearsold)receivedcataractscreeningwhiledoinghealthexaminations inacommunityofHaikou．Thescreeneddataofcataractpatientswerestatisticallyanalyzed．Results Of1，009middle— and old—agedpeople，358werediagnosedascatraactpatients，withaprevalenceof35．48％ ，including28withcataractblindness (7．82％)，158withcataract—causedlowvision(44．13％)．Therewassignificantdifferenceincatraactprevalencebetween differentagegroupsofmiddle—andold—agedpeople(P0．01)，andbetweenmiddle—andold—agedpeopleindifferent bloodpressurestates(P0．01)，andbetweenthosewithvaryingbloodglucoselevels(P0．叭)，buttherewasnotbetween thosewithdifferentbloodlipidlevels(P0．05)．Conclusion Cataractisacommoncauseofrblindness．Thepreventionand treatmentofcataractshouldbeassociatedwiththoseofbloodpressureanddiabetes，notfocusingonlyonthediseaseitself． 【Keywords】 Cataract；Hypertension；Hyperglycemia；Hyperlipidemia 白内障在全世界致盲眼病中居首位，是我国当前防治的重
