浅议山地建筑中场地设计重要性【摘要】场地设计是工程建设必不可少的组成部分，是针对基地内建设项目的总平面设计，是依据建设项目的使用功能要求和规划设计条件，在基地内外的现状条件和有关法规、规范的基础上，人为的组织与安排场地中各构成要素之间关系的活动。场地设计提高基地利用的科学性，使场地中的各要素，尤其是建筑物与其他要素形成一个有机整体，保证建设项目能合理有序的进行使用，发挥出经济效益和社会效益。同时，使建设项目与基地周围环境有机结合，产生良好的环境效益，同时，场地设计具有高度综合性，技术与艺术的双重性，理性和感性并存三个特点。 【关键词】场地设计，山地建筑，土方平衡，综合管线 【 abstract 】 place design project construction is an indispensable part of the construction project is the base for the total plane design, the construction project is based on the use of the function requirement and planning condition, in the base of the present situation of internal and external conditions and the relevant laws and regulations, the standard, and on the basis of the people organize and arrange in the various elements of the relationship between the activities. At the same time, make construction project with the base environment around organically, produce good environmental benefits, and at the same time, the design with high comprehensive, the dual natures of technology and art, reason and perceptual coexist three characteristics. 【 key words 】 place design, mountain building, turkmen balance, comprehensive line 中图分类号：S611文献标识码：A 文章编号： 由于本人在一家房地产开发企业从事设计管理工作，并且公司以开发山地别墅项目为主，因此就针对以往做过的山地项目中的场地设计谈谈自己的一些感悟。 图1 如图1所示，此项目位于杭州临安青山湖国家森林公园，距杭州市区43公里，地块东、南、西三面与青山湖临水，建设用地约515亩，山林保护区约305亩。地块高差较大，南北山峰海拔高，东西山峰低，最高山峰116米，最低山峰海拔73米，而场地内最低处海拔不到30米。山地建筑项目的原始场地坡度普遍都较大，一般都在20%-30%，而本项目平均坡度则达到了45%，因此，如何合理的进行地块的场地设计以及消化场地的高差就显得尤为重要。 下面，我就从土方平衡、竖向设计、道路设计、绿化设计、管线综合及等几个方面，以本项目为例，谈谈自己的想法。 一：土方平衡 在一片较为陡峭的场地上建造一个建筑群，我们首先想到的就是要把场地内地势较低的地方填起来一些，把地势较高的地方削掉一些，以使道路能把各个建筑有机的串连在一起。但是填多少为宜，挖多少为好，这就是设计中的一个难点。首先，我们当然要考虑到填挖方的土方平衡，土方多了或者少了，对实际工程来说都是一件棘手的事情，但是要做到绝对的土方平衡，由于考虑到多方面的综合因素，在实际的设计中是很难做到的。 作为一个山地别墅项目，我们肯定要尽
