浅议建筑工程施工管理及创新摘要：房地产业与建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱性产业之一，它在近二十年里极大地拉动了建材生产、设备制造、工程设计、建筑施工、劳动力培训等一系列行业的发展。建筑工程的施工阶段，是建筑施工过程中劳动力、材料、机械设备、资金等耗用量最大的阶段，也是对工程质量、安全、进度、投资等影响最大的阶段。这一阶段管理的好坏，直接影响到企业的经济效益及社会效益等方面。而目前，国内大多数施工企业的管理水平与国际水平相比还有较大的差距，国际竞争力还不强。因此，本文力求抓住建筑工程施工阶段管理和创新的要点，从实用的角度，对建筑施工管理的原则和内容进行深入分析，针对工程施工管理提出了具有针对性的建议和措施，以期提高施工企业管理水平，增强市场竞争力。 关键词：建筑工程；施工管理；创新 Abstract: the real estate industry and construction of national economy in China is one of the backbone industries, in the past 20 years greatly boosting building materials production, equipment manufacturing, engineering design, construction, workforce training and so on a series of industry development.
