Keywords: construction, managers, quality; 中图分类号：TU761文献标识码： A 文章编号： 前言 改革开放以来，我国的工业化水平不断提高，中国建筑工程建设如火如荼，中国在建筑工程领域取得了辉煌的成果，中国将渐渐成为世界上最大的工程建设基地之一，随着各种建筑工程的建设和投入使用，有力的促进了人们生活水平的提高，为我国的和谐社会建设增添了活力，在取得辉煌的成果同时，也要理性的看到，由于在工程建设的时候，管理不善，造成了从设计到施工直至后期的维护管理的一系列问题，严重影响着使用者的合法利益，综合分析造成损失的原因，其中最为关键的就是管理团队建设不科学完善，管理人员的素质偏低，缺乏既具有系统的管理理论，又精通工程建设技术，能从全面统筹管理的高素质尖端管理人员，使得工程建设管理和施工操作之间难以完美融合，随着我国工程建设的进一步发展，大力提高工程管理人员的综合素质，提高施工科学合理性，降低施工管理成本，降低损失，将是所有建筑管理人员必须加以严肃考虑的问题。 二．我国工程建设管理人员素质的现状 1.技术素质相对较高。 （1）我国大多数工程建设管理人员是由工程技术人员转行升职的，从踏入建筑行业开始，便不懈的对本行业本领域的实际操作技术进行
