社区卫生全科团队综合干预对老年脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者康复探究摘要：目的：探讨通过社区卫生全科康复团队综合干预对老年脑卒中后焦虑抑郁情绪患者康复的影响。方法： 采用类实验研究，将社区脑卒中后焦虑抑郁的患者-46例随机分为（n=26）和对照组（n=20），由全科医生、预防保健医师和护士组成的社区卫生全科康复团队对干预组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予上门一对一、针对性地进行心理干预和专业的康复训练指导等，定期上门评估其焦虑抑郁情绪程度、掌握和了解其心理反应和心理期待，并及时给予焦虑抑郁心理的疏导，改善负性情绪，并根据患者不同情况调整适合其个性化的干预措施。对照组进行常规治疗和护理。采用Zung的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表进行评定并进行比较。结果： 综合干预组患者的心理焦虑抑郁程度改善较对照组显著,统计学检验差异有显著意义(P=0.000)。结论：通过社区卫生全科康复团队实施的综合干预措施可明显改善老年脑卒中患者的焦虑抑郁情绪的程度，对老年脑卒中患者的综合康复有着积极意义，对提高患者神经功能康复效果和生活质量起到了至关重要的作用，减轻了家庭和社会负担。 关键词：全科康复团队 综合干预 脑卒中 焦虑抑郁 综合康复 Community health entire section team to synthesize blue intervenes research the old age apoplexy the anxious despondent patient is restored to health after Yan Yamei Lan Qing Abstract:Objective :The discussion synthesizes through the community health entire section recovery team intervenes the influence which the anxious despondent mood patient is restored to health after the old age apoplexy.
