Policy Number:7 Effective Date: 2012-02-01 Prepared By: Approved By: Total Page:4 Proper Behavior For Housekeeping Staffs 客房部员工行为举止 Objective目的: To achieve a professional hotelier manner 确保所有员工举止得体。 POLICY STATEMENT 政策声明: It is the policy of the Crown Plaza KunMing that we require hotelier professional behavior (friendly, respects, responsible, attitude) of every staff to represent the image of the department as well as the hotel. 昆明中心皇冠假日酒店的政策要求我们的员工举止专业;以友好、尊敬的态度代表我们部门和酒店的形象。 PROCEDURES 程序: Do the right thing: 做对的事: All staff must keep themselves tidy, uniform spotless and immaculately clean at all times. 保持个人卫生,制服干净整洁。 Keep hands and nails clean at all times. Keep hair cut off(male) face or hair tied up with dark decoration(female) and combed neatly in place. 保持手和指甲清洁,头发梳理整齐、清洁自然。 While on duty, keep your shoes in good repair and never remove them from your feet. 当值时,皮鞋要擦干净,不要随便脱鞋。 Male staff should always be clean shaven, moustaches are discouraged for those who have guest contact. 男员工要将脸部刮干净,与客人接触的人不要留有胡子。 Avoid extreme hair style.   禁止梳奇怪的发型。 Shut doors as silent as possible. 轻轻关门。 Arrive in plenty of time to change into your uniform so as to go to report for duty in the Housekeeping office on time at the scheduled commencement time of your shift. 上班时,要有足够的时间换制服,以便准时到管家部报告。 Do not be absent unless absolutely necessary, and inform the Housekeeping office immediately. 除非有必要情况,否则不要旷工,若不能来,要立即通知管家部办公室。 Leave the hotel as soon as your duty is completed and avoid hanging around. 下班后,应立即离开酒店,不要到处闲逛。 Be as courteous to your fellow staff as you would be to guests. 象对待客人一样,有礼貌的对待你的同事。 Leave all personal problems at home and do not bring them to the Hotel. 不要将个人的烦恼带到工作当中来。 Do keep in mind at all times that the hotel must look clean and be clean, help to keep it.
