·394 · 中国骨伤 2002 年 7 月第 15 卷第 7 期 　China J Ort hop Trauma ,J ul 2002 ,Vol . 15 ,No . 7 ·论著 · 膝部骨巨细胞瘤切除功能重建术 张天宏 　朱劲松 　杨效宁 (遵义医学院附院 ,贵州 　遵义 　563003) 　　【摘要】　目的　探讨膝部骨巨细胞瘤切除功能重建术的临床应用情况 。方法 　膝部骨巨细胞瘤根 治性局部切除后 ,保留肢体 , 同时采用髌骨带蒂翻转术重建膝关节功能 。结果 　经随访 6 个月～8 年 , 疗效良好 ,优良率达 87 % ,患肢能负重行走 ,膝关节稳定性好 ,活动度为 0°～86°。结论 　骨肿瘤切除后 的缺损 ,使用带蒂髌骨翻转重建膝关节 ,恢复了膝关节的伸屈功能 ,避免了既往行膝关节融合或截肢术 给病人带来的不便 。 【关键词】　膝关节 ; 骨肿瘤 ; 外科手术 Resection of giant cell tumor of the knee and articular f unctional reconstruction ZHA N G Tianhong , ZH U ( ) J insong , YA N G X iaoning . The Af f iliated Hosp ital of Zuny i M edical College Guiz hou Zuny i 563003 【Abstract 】　Objective 　To investigate t he met hod of resection of giant cell tumor of bone of t he knee and t he articular functional reconstruction Methods 　After giant cell tumor of bone of t he knee was ,radically resected wit h salvage of t he lower limb , functions of knee joint were reconstructed using t he met hod of turnover of knee p atella along wit h blood vessel p edicle . Results 　According to followup studies of from 6 mont hs to 8 years ,t his met hod treat ment was satisfactory and t he excellent ratio was seen 87 %. The lower limb could walk after surgery wit h weightbearing. Knee functions are mostly retained and t he range of move ment of knee joint was from 0°to 86 . Conclusion 　The defect left after resection of bone tumor was p artially comp ensated by turnover of knee p atella along wit h blood vessel p edicle and knee functions were recovered . By doing so ,flexion and extension functions of knee joint are restored . Thus ,t he inconveniences of previous knee joint fusion and limb amputation were avoided . 【Key Words】　Knee joint ; Bo
