北京农民高血压患者干预前后静息心电图明尼苏达编码对比分析（Comparative analysis of resting electrocardiogram Minnesota coding before and after intervention of hypertension patients in Beijing） Comparative analysis of resting electrocardiogram Minnesota coding before and after intervention of hypertension patients in Beijing 2010-09-07 Wang Hong, Wu Xigui, Chen Bailing, Zhang Xiaofei Xie Baoyuan, Hao Fengxia, Gu Dongfeng [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of community comprehensive intervention on ECG in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Evaluation of intervention effect. Methods in the past 1991~1992 years, 1833 rural residents aged 35~74 years in Beijing were investigated for risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. After three years of follow-up, 2710 people were reexamined. The WHO encoding method of resting electrocardiogram recommended by Minnesota was adopted, and the results of two electrocardiograms were compared and analyzed. The main exception code and minor exception code rate in the intervention area from baseline 14.88% and 31.28%, respectively to 12.59% and 30.76% were in the control area; from baseline 9.97% and 27.44%, respectively to 11.51% and 35.17% review (P0.001). After the intervention, the female encoding rate was lower than that of men, especially in the 4-.5- code was composed of 12.2% and 22.3% respectively to 7.2% and 18.6% (P0.01), while in the control area of 4-.5- code from the baseline to 5.8% and 10.7% respectively were 8.7% (P0.05) and 17.3% (P0.001). Conclusion the intervention of cardio cerebrovascular patients is effective, and the female is more remarkable than male.
