医院引进单剂量药品自动摆药设备的理性分析和评价 杨樟卫，胡晋红（第二军医大学长海医院，上海 200433） 摘要 目的：为国内医院引进单剂量药品自动摆药设备提供思路和建议。方法：通过实践总结和文献回顾，探讨引进设备的应用价值和产生的问题。结果：自动摆药机的采用，可以避免调剂和给药过程中的药品污染和交叉感染，减少摆药和给药环节的差错发生率，人工调剂错误的发生频率从每日2-3次，下降到每2-3日1次，并通过药师的核对而发现，出门差错极少发生。然而其应用也带来了新增的机器误差、运行成本和管理难度。国内引进上述设备应当建立在理性的需求和论证分析基础上，而且应用于住院单剂量的调剂更为适合。结论：自动化调剂是发展趋势，新设备的应用会带来新问题和挑战，需要积极探索新的管理模式。 关键词 自动单剂量分包机；药房调剂；药疗差错 The rational analysis and appraisal of hospital applying automated drug unit-dose drug dispensing machines YANG Zhang-Wei, HU Jin-Hong（Department of Pharmacy, Changhai Hospital, the Second Military Medical University, Shanghai 200433,China） [ABSTRACT]　Objective: To probe application value and problems of automated drug unit-dose dispensing equipment imported by the hospitals in China. Method: Two aspects of the summarized experience and reviewed literatures were focused on the rational analysis and appraisal to the value and problems. Results: The use of automatic machines may avoid the medicines polluted and the patients cross infected by pharmacists or nurses, reduce the rate of medication errors on drug dispensing and administration. The wrong occurrence of filling prescriptions manually drops from 2-3 cases daily to about 1 case every 2-3 days which also could reduce by pharmacists checkup. However, its application has also brought additional machine errors, much more costs and management difficulties. The domestic hospital purchasers should consider meeting the real demands and proof analysis. Moreover, inpatient dispensary is more suitable for filling prescription into unit- dose by the automated machines. Conclusion: Automation of drug dispensing is one of the trend of development. The application of new equipment can bring new problems and challenges which make us to explore positively new management patterns.
