Slag removal process with high temperature furnace slag and chlorine gas leak is not safety and en- vironmental factors. The slag ，gas containing chlorine and isolated from the external environment ，centralized collec- tion as the research object ，operating under the closed state by using a process ，centralized collection of high temper- ature furnace slag and chlorine gas ，by post-processing row ，also of tapping process of manual operation to automatic control changes ，and the continuity of the production process are explored. The experiments proved that the sealed deslagging process and slag discharge process can be automated. This fully meets the requirements of modern enter- prise production.
