车用列管水套式排气换热器的设计与换热性能研究

摘 要 : 回收汽车余热进行供暖和除霜具有很现实的意义. 排气换热器是水暖式排气采暖系统的最重要部件 ,针对
排气换热器的特殊使用要求 ,设计了一种新型的列管水套式排气换热器 ,通过数值仿真和对比试验相结合的方式
对其换热性能进行了研究. 结果表明:新设计的列管水套式换热器具有较高的换热效率 ,完全能满足客车冬季的供
暖和除霜需求 ;但在较高工况时对排气背压有较大影响 ,因此需对排气换热器进行排气旁通控制.
