Teaching target
1, knowledge and ability goal: know self-improvement is a kind of spirit, is a kind of good moral quality; understand the spirit of self-improvement performance; role; know how to self-improvement, from juvenile start.

3, the emotion, attitude and value objectives: preliminary feel self of a persons growth has great effect; actively cultivate self life attitude, foster self concept; eager to make a self-improvement, abandon the psychological self.
The important and difficult points of teaching
(1) self strengthening spirit performance is the key point and difficult point of this frame.
