Atmospheric turbulence is realized by generating random phase screen. The imaging of wavefront sensor (WFS) lenslet array is simulated by Fast Fourier Transform. Two configurations of adaptive optics system for 1.2m telescope are simulated. By comparing the performance of two configurations, we get the conclusion: Under the same conditions, the adaptive optics system with hexagon WFS is better than the adaptive optics system with square WFS.
