The construction organization design is aimed at Xuzhou Huian in the programmatic document for residential construction. Taking Xuzhou Huian residential area as the research object, in-depth practice, theory with practice, access to relevant information, according to the characteristics of the project, work out the special construction scheme and the corresponding construction organization design. The construction organization design elaborates common problems and solutions in the construction process, construction technology and technical measures are described in this paper can guide the construction better, so that the quality, schedule and cost of each sub project has been effectively controlled, to ensure the various stages of construction in an orderly manner.
