质控监管 2014年  第20卷   第2期 CT机质量检测问题分析及质控方法探讨 李建 （山东中医药大学，济南　250355 ） [摘　要]　目的：对我省CT 机进行影像质量控制检测，对发现质量问题进行分析，探讨提高 质量控制水平方法。方法：按照国家规定标准GB/T17589-1998 《X 射线计算机断层摄影装置影 像质量保证检测规范》规定的性能检测指标进行检测方法评价。结果：在抽查的 160 台CT 机中， 全部9 项指标合格的有146 台，合格率达到91.25% ，有14 台CT 机存在不合格项。放射科门 和控制室门的泄漏超标率分别为23.75% 和15.00%，主要是由于铅当量不足和结合处密封不严。 电离辐射标记和机房面积合格率较低，分别为76.25% 和81.25%。结论：抽查的CT 机性能状 况基本达标，但部分医院仍有待采取改进机房设施、完善检测质量、严格按照规章制度管理机 房和操作人员等措施，建立CT 质量管理与控制的组织体系。 [关键词]　CT 机；影像质量控制；检测；分析 中图分类号：R445　文献标识码：B　文章编号：2055-5200（2014）02-070-03 DOI：10.11876/mimt201402020 Analysis for CT Quality Testing and Quality Control Methods LI Jian. Results Of the 160 CT ： machine checked,146 machines were of all 9 indicators qualified, while the passing rate was 91.25%, 14 machines were unqualified. The leaking rate of the X-ray department and control room which exceeded the standard were 23.75% and 15%,,which was mainly due to the lack of lead equivalence and untight sealing.The passing rate of ionizing radiation markers and room areas were relatively low, only 76.25% and 81.25%.
