福州地区大学城高校师生移动FULink手机APP用户体验调查分析 　　摘要：目的 调查与分析移动FULink手机APP的用户体验数据，发现问题，找出原因和解决对策，为移动FULink的建设提供参考。方法 在相关研究的基础上结合FULink平台的自身特点，从移动FULink的用户参与度、愉悦度（可用性、易用性、满意度等）、认可度、服务内容与需求关联性等多个维度对用户体验及用户需求进行调查与分析。结果 福州地区大学城高校师生对移动FULink的便捷性、易用性、检索功能、在线阅读功能、服务模块的展示以及使用较满意，认为对自己的学习或者工作有较大的帮助，但也存在需要改进之处。结论 移动FULink手机APP的用户体验满意度较高，但也存在不足；应从推广力度、资源建设、功能改善等3个方面进行完善，以促进共享平台的建设。 　　关键词：手机APP；移动FULink；用户体验；问卷调查分析；高等院校 　　中图分类号：G252 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-5707（2017）02-0030-05 　　Abstract： Objective To investigate and analyze the user experience data of Mobile FULink mobile phone APP to find out problems， reasons and solutions； To provide references for the construction of Mobile FULink. Methods On the basis of relevant research， combined with characteristics of FULink platform， this article investigated and analyzed multiple dimensions of the user experience and user needs from the aspects of user engagement， user pleasure （usability， ease of use， satisfaction， etc.）， recognition and relevance of service content and requirements. Results The results of the questionnaire showed that teachers and students in Fuzhou university city were satisfied with convenience， ease of use， search function， online reading function， the service module display and the use of Mobile FULink， and they considered Mobile FULink could offer great help on their learning or work， but also needed some improvements. Conclusion Although user experience satisfaction of Mobile FULink mobile APP is high， it also has some flaws； The construction of sharing platform should be improved from three aspects， such as promotion， resource construction and function improvement. 　　Key words： mobile phone APP； Mobile FULink； user experience； questionnaire analysis； colleges and universities 　　FULink平台自2011年9月启用，历经5年的建设，已是覆盖福建省全省23个高校图书馆的高校数字图书馆资源共享平台。期间，不少学者对此开展了系列的调查分析，内容涉及较广，包括感知服务质量[1]、虚拟参考咨询服务的可行性[2]、特色数据库资源的整合情况[3]、对平台的认知和使用情况等[4]。也有同仁从用户体验视角对平台的文献提供服务情况进行问卷调查分析，并从功能使用、审美体验、情感感知、用户体验等方面提出了中肯的建议[5]。综观上述研究，?r有从用户体验角度对FULink平台进行调研分析，更
