农村寄宿制留守儿童情绪管理及心理健康关系研究【摘要】 目的 探索农村寄宿制留守儿童情绪管理及与心理健康的关系,为制定相应的教育干预措施提供科学依据。方法 对重庆永川区465名初中生和高中生用《情绪管理问卷》和《心理健康诊断测验(MHT)》进行调查。结果 农村寄宿制留守儿童在情绪管理能力上呈现积极的趋势,并与心理健康相关。在寻求外界支持能力上存在性别差异,情绪管理能力在年级与父母工作情况上无显著差异。农村寄宿制留守儿童与农村非寄宿制留守儿童在心理健康与情绪管理上存在一定差异。结论 农村寄宿制留守儿童情绪管理与心理健康有相关关系。寄宿制能在一定程度促进儿童情绪管理与心理健康。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between emotional management capacity and mental health of the boarding countryside civilian workers’ children for education policy. MethodsThe revision of “Mental Health Diagnostic Test (MHT)” and “Emotional Management Capacity Questionnaire” were used to investigate 530 junior and senior high school students in the southwestern region. ResultsIt appeared to be a positive trend and some correlation in their mental health and emotional management ability. Data analysis showed that there were some differences in gender, grade and parents work. There were some differences between countryside civilian workers’ children and non-countryside civilian workers’ children, the boarding countryside civilian workers’ children and the non-boarding countryside civilian workers’ children in rural in mental health and emotional management ability. ConclusionThere are significant correlation between emotional management and mental health. Compared to non-boarding, boarding could improve the mental health and emotional management ability of countryside civilian workers’ children.
