前列腺增生对老年大鼠膀胱影响机制探究 摘 要：目的：观察老年大鼠膀胱形态学的改变以及BPH对其影响，探讨BPH对老年大鼠膀胱组织碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）和基质金属蛋白酶－2（MMP－2）的影响。材料与方法：材料：青年（3月龄）及老年（18月龄）雄性Wistar大鼠。除空白青年组及空白老年组外，其它大鼠手术去势加皮下注射睾酮法复制BPH模型。将模型大鼠按月龄随机分为模型青年组、模型老年组、模型老年组+非那雄胺组、模型老年组+多沙唑嗪组。各组大鼠分别给予相应药物灌胃30天。免疫组织化学染色法观察膀胱组织bFGF及MMP－2含量。结果：模型老年组bFGF阳性细胞率（38.67±6.09）明显高于空白老年组（13.43±3.62，P0.01），但低于多沙唑嗪（20.71±4.60，P0.01）、非那雄胺组（17.89±3.87，P0.01）。模型老年组MMP-2阳性面积（33.24±4.60）比空白老年组率明显升高（22.69±4.27，P0.01），而多沙唑嗪（24.33±4.83，P0.01）、非那雄胺组（25.22±4.33，P0.01）MMP-2阳性面积明显较模型老年组降低，但与空白老年组相比无统计学意义。结论：老年前列腺增生大鼠膀胱组织bFGF、MMP－2增加，这可能是老年前列腺增生大鼠膀胱改变的机制之一。这一结果提示我们在临床上要充分考虑前列腺增生患者膀胱自身的衰老改变，及早保护膀胱功能以延缓其衰老改变的过程。 关键词：膀胱；衰老；前列腺增生 中图分类号：R634文献标识码：A文章编号：1673-7717(2011)12-2687-03 Research of Influence of Prostate Hyperplasia on Aged Rats’ Bladder SUN Jie, LIU Shushuo1, WU Zhenyin2, WANG Ming1 (1.First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Hangzhou 310006,Zhejiang,China； 2.Wencheng People’s Hospital，Wencheng 325300,Zhejiang,China) Abstract:Objective: To observe the morphological changes in urinary bladder of aged rat and BPH rats, and the effect of BPH on basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and matrix metalloproteinase -2 (MMP-2) of the aged rat bladder.
