模拟设计在鼻整形患者心理护理中应用[摘要]目的：探讨模拟设计软件对鼻整形患者心理护理的效用。方法：将门诊鼻整形咨询就诊者随机分为软件设计组和对照组，软件设计组用数码相机从不同角度拍摄就诊者面部照片，借助Mirror形体设计软件对鼻整形患者进行数码形态分析，利用分析结果协助咨询，指导手术，同时进行有目的的心理护理。对照组未采用形体设计软件，进行常规咨询、手术。通过比较两组咨询成功率和手术后满意率，来评价形体设计软件模拟设计对鼻整形患者心理护理的作用。结果：软件设计组48例，咨询后接受手术者42例，术后满意者36例。对照组48例，咨询后接受手术者33例，术后满意者27例。相比较软件设计组的咨询成功率高于对照组（P＜0.05），手术后满意率高于对照组（P＞0.05）。结论：Mirror形体设计软件模拟设计有助于患者在术前初步预见术后效果及配合医师手术，满足患者心理需求，加强了医患之间的互动，从而能够有的放矢的进行心理护理干预，达到提高咨询成功率的目的。 [关键词]Mirror形体设计软件模拟设计；鼻整形；心理护理 [中图分类号]R473.6 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2011）03-0491-03 Application of mimic design in the psychological nursing of the rhinoplasty patients LUO Ming-can, LI Gao-feng, TAN Jun, LI Bo, LIU Dong-ping, CAO Wei (Department of Plastic and Laser Cosmetic Surgery, People’s Hospital of Hunan Province,Changsha 410005 Hunan,China) Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the psychological care effectiveness ofsimulation software for rhinoplasty patients.Methodsrhinoplasty consultants were randomly divided into software design group andcontrol group.
