河南省5岁儿童乳牙龋患及口腔卫生状况研究【摘要】 目的 了解河南省5岁儿童乳牙龋患及口腔保健状况,为更好地开展儿童口腔卫生保健工作提供依据。方法 采用多阶段分层等容量随机抽样方法,抽取河南省郑州市中原区、平顶山市湛河区、项城市、汝州市、濮阳县、唐河县城乡5岁儿童782名,进行龋病和口腔保健行为调查。结果 河南省5岁儿童乳牙龋齿的患病率为59.1%,乳牙龋均为2.6,龋齿充填率为3.3%,刷牙率为30.3%(刷牙≥1次/d),含氟牙膏使用率为22.3%,口腔疾病就诊率为43.4%,定期进行口腔检查的为5.3%,接受过防龋措施的为2.6%。结论 河南省5岁儿童乳牙龋患的治疗率和口腔卫生行为的形成率都较低,应加强对儿童家长口腔预防保健知识的宣传教育工作。 【关键词】 龋齿;牙,乳;口腔卫生;刷牙;儿童 【中图分类号】 R 179 R 780.1 R 788+.1 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-9817(2009)09-0829-02 Oral Health and Deciduous Teeth Caries Among 5-year-old Children inHenan Province/HE Jian,YANG Bian-sheng,ZHONG Ya, et al. Henan Center of Disease Control and Prevention , Zhengzhou(450016), China 【Abstract】 Objective To study 5-year-old children’s oral health status and prevalence of deciduous teeth caries in Henan Province, and to provide reference for children oral health care. Methods By using multi-stage stratified random sampling method, 782 5-year-old children both from urban and rural areas in Zhongyuan district of Zhengzhou city, Zhanhe district of Pingdingshan city, Xiangcheng city, Ruzhou city, Puyang county, Tanghe county of Henan Province were surveyed about carious disease and oral health behavior. Results It was found that the prevalence of deciduous teeth caries among 5-year-old children in Henan was 59.1%,DMFT was 2.60,the filled percent of caries was 3.3%,the brushing rate was 30.3%(brushed their teeth more than once a day), the use rate of fluoride toothpaste was 22.3%, the dentist visiting rate was 43.4%, theregular oral examination rate was 5.3% and anti-caries measures receiving rate was 2.6%. Conclusion The prevalence of both caries treatment and oral hygiene habits forming among 5-year-old children is somewhat low in Henan province.
