Their structures w ere identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical properties as: ( 2E ) -2-ethyl-2-nonacosenal (Ⅰ ) , methyl-1, 2-ethyl-diheptadecanotate (Ⅱ ) , stigmastanol (Ⅲ ) , α-spinasterol (Ⅳ ) , α-spinasterone (Ⅴ ) , pentacosane (Ⅵ ) , friedelin (Ⅶ ) , β-amyrin acetate (Ⅷ ) and lupeol acetate (Ⅸ ) . Compound Ⅰ is a no el compound, compound Ⅱ , Ⅲ , Ⅷ , Ⅸ w ere found in genus Codonop sis W all. for the first time.
