医疗管理 一体化管理模式在炎症性肠病患者中的应用 The Application of Integrated Management among IBD-Patients □林春景 LIN Chun-jing 吴金明 WU Jin-ming 金尹 JIN Yin 吴建胜 WU Jian-sheng □ 目的 探讨一体化管理模式在炎症性肠病（IBD）患者中的应用及效果。方法 对纳入的 138 例炎症性肠 病患者按数字随机法分为对照组（n=70）和观察组（n=68），对照组采用疾病出院计划管理，观察组在此基 础上应用一体化管理模式进行专病管理，比较实施前后两组 IBD 患者生活质量、焦虑水平。结果 干预前后 自身比较，对照组患者全身症状较干预前减轻，其余3个维度和总分与干预前比较差异无统计学意义，观察 组患者IBDQ各维度及总分得分均高于干预前；组间比较，观察组患者IBDQ各维度及总分得分均高于对照组。 干预后，两组患者焦虑水平均较前降低；观察组患者焦虑水平明显低于对照组患者。结论 一体化管理模式 能有效提高IBD患者生活质量，减轻患者焦虑水平。 Abstract: Objective To discuss the application of integrated management mode among patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and its effectiveness. Methods In total, 138 IBD-patients, in accordance with the random number table, were divided into control group (n=70) and observation group (n=68). In addition to the discharge plan management given to patients in control group, patients in observation group also received disease-specific integrated management.The quality of life and anxiety status were compared for the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The comparison before and after the intervention showed that the general symptoms of patients in control group relieved, but no significant difference was found among other three dimensions and total score while all scores were significantly higher after the intervention for the observation group. The scores in all dimensions of IBDQ and total score for observation group was higher than that of the control group. After the intervention, the anxiety level reduced in both groups, but that in the observation group was much lower.
