A bstrac t: The contemporary value and main targets of fostering college studentsbehavior of ecolog ical civilization are elaborated,
and its approaches are proposed as follows. ( 1) Opening up the major channel of education and enhancing the awareness. ( 2)
Forming atmosphere guidance to converse the belief into initial behavior. ( 3) Setting up regulation and consolidating the result of
education by trainings.
