In recent years, N-heterocyclic moieties were introduced into α-aminophonates in this thesis. Adenine and arylurea derivatives widely used medicine and pesticides because of their unique structural features and diverse potential biological and industrial importance. Twenty-five new compounds were synthesized using adenine and arylurea in the paper. 1 Seven novel α-aminophosphonic acids containing adenine were synthesized by t-he three component condensation reactions of adenine with triphenyl phosphite and al-dehydes in the presence of acetic acid and xylene. The product structures were chara-cterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR and elemental analyses. 2 Seven novel stereospecific α-aminophonates containing arylurea were synthesized utilizing 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde, arylurea and phenyl- dichlorophosphine as starting materials in anhydrous toluene.
